Hosting and core infrastructure: the application (Workers), database (D1), private object storage for screenshots and reports (R2), background queues, bot protection (Turnstile), and browser rendering for deep audits. Processes account, site, monitoring, audit and report data. UK/EU/US.

Payment processing and subscription billing via Stripe checkout and the customer portal. Processes your email and payment details; card data never touches Zenith. UK/EU/US.

Transactional and, where you've opted in, marketing email delivery (verification codes, alerts, receipts, confirmation and marketing emails). Processes your email address and message content. EU/US.

AI-assisted content drafting in Discover, only when you turn AI processing on for your account (Settings). Processes the public page titles, headings and excerpts you've already published, your site profile, and the keyword or brief you choose — never your account details, email, billing or analytics. Not used for Monitor's “Fix with Claude”, which is generated on our own servers without calling Anthropic. US.

Keyword search-volume and competition estimates for Promote. Processes keyword text only; no personal data. EU/US.

Optional website analytics (Google Analytics 4), loaded only after you consent in the cookie banner. Processes anonymised usage data such as an anonymised IP, pages viewed and key actions. If you decline, it is not loaded. EU/US.

If you connect Google Search Console to a site, we read your search performance data (clicks, impressions, position, queries and pages) using the read-only webmasters.readonly scope. Only used for the properties you choose; disconnecting revokes access and deletes the imported data. US/EU.

WordPress, Ghost, GitHub and generic webhook destinations you connect in Discover are services you choose and control, not Zenith subprocessors — we hold an encrypted credential you provide and publish only the content you choose, to the destination you configured.
